1. Data we collect

Account: email, login codes, auth timestamps, and limited data from Google / GitHub / Telegram login if you use it. Payment metadata: plan, balance, amounts, transaction IDs and status — full card/bank data is processed by Stripe / PayPal, we do not store it. Support messages. Cookies and analytics (e.g. PostHog).

2. How we use it

Only to operate, secure, bill and support the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Sharing

Only with subprocessors needed to run the Service (hosting, payments, email, analytics, support) and with authorities if required by law. Crypto transactions you initiate are public and irreversible by design.

4. Storage

Data is hosted in the EU via our providers and may be transferred internationally. We retain data only as long as needed for billing, security and legal purposes, then delete or aggregate it.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction or deletion via your account email at support+legal[at]mail.makeadsafe.com. We verify identity and may deny requests where permitted by law (e.g. security logs, fraud prevention).

6. No security guarantee

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for unauthorized access, disclosure, loss or breach. You are solely responsible for safeguarding credentials, API keys and devices.

7. Other
